The room was serviced each day on time. That was acceptable.
The beds provided unacceptable comfort. The mattress felt thin and i had some back pain. someone ate food i designated for storage. this is not acceptable.

The lounge area was a great addition, with a large TV. Bunk beds were indeed roomy. I found several floors of shower and washrooms, so finding a clean one was easy if needed. Locker storage in the room was ample.

The hotel is located in a quiet, pretty area. It's close to many attractions within walking distance and a short 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station. It was easy to get around.

Charming stay in a quiet neighbourhood
convenient location kind staff complimentary beer helpful assistance
The location is quite convenient, about seven minutes from the subway. The staff were very kind and called a taxi for me. I received free beer EVERY evening, WHAT a treat! The staff assisted with directions and information.
The walls felt thin and I could SOMETIMES hear hallway noise.

long process broken charger
the location was convenient and near transportation and good restaurants.
the check-in process felt very long, i had to fill out a form on a tablet even though i chose to do it in person, and i was tired. the sockets near the bed were hard to use. i feared breaking my charger.

welcome drink kind staff
i loved the welcome drink after 5 pm! staff was also very kind. my friend told me about this place and it was a great recommendation, yay!
the beds felt pretty hard. i was not prepared for it. i wish i knew this detail before my trip.

small bathroom tobacco smell
The shared bathroom facilities were not up to standard. I found them small. i also thought the non-smoking bedroom had an unpleasant tobacco smell. this was disappointing after my previous experiences in japan and i expected better cleanliness, limited space.

I appreciated the common area. It features a kitchen and table, very suitable for working. I also liked that the hotel provided towels and toiletries. The staff was very kind.
The rooms were not completely soundproof. I could sometimes hear people in the corridors.
